Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, some extra steps need to be undertaken to protect you, our staff and our other patients as we head towards dental care under a new normality.
We continue to be regularly updated by the Australian and NSW Health Departments, NSW Dental Board and Australian Dental Association. The highest standards of sterilising, hygiene and infection control continue to be followed in our practice as well as implementing all the recommended COVID-19 specific precautions.
Please be aware of some basic guidelines:
- If you are feeling unwell in any way, with either/and/or sore throat, cough, fever, sneezing, breathing difficulties;
- If you have been in contact with someone with a COVID -19 positive diagnosis;
- If you have returned from any overseas trip or ship in the last 14 days,
- please postpone your appointment until you are feeling better or have completed the 14 day quarantine period.
When you arrive please wait in the car until we call you in. This will minimise the amount of person to person contact you have. You will be asked to sanitise your hands and have a pre-operative mouth rinse prior to any dental work being carried out.
Contact (02) 9871 6053 during regular office hours.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
